Registration Steps

Your Information Visit
- The Visit: This initial meeting lasts about an hour and is the perfect chance for you to dive into our Montessori philosophy and see our concept in action. We’ll be right there to answer any questions you have along the way.
- A Look Inside: We’ll give you a tour of our classrooms and introduce you to our team, so you can get a real feel for what a typical, vibrant day looks like behind the red door.
- Let’s Chat: Together, we’ll go over the practical side of things—like choosing your attendance days, reviewing the contract and tuition rates, discussing the settling-in period, and looking at a potential start date.

Registration
- Your Contract: You can use the form we give you during your visit or download it here to get a head start.
- Submit: Just send your signed contract back to us via email.
- Confirmation: Peggy will confirm your registration and send over a countersigned copy for your records.

Acclimitization
Based on your preferred start date, our current availability, and your family’s needs, we’ll work together to plan your child’s transition into our Kindergarten:
- The Plan: We’ll create a personalized settling-in schedule and send you a copy.
- Your Review: Please look it over carefully and let us know if the timing works for you.
- The Big Day: Once you’ve confirmed the plan, it becomes the roadmap for your child’s first exciting days at Meadows Montessori.
